How It Works
- All repairs require assessment before work begins. Contacts us and we'll provide a detailed quote including costs and estimated turnaround time (typically 6-8 weeks for standard repairs).
- Customers are responsible to ship the item to us. Return shipping costs are included in the repair quote. Payment is required before work begins, and repairs proceed only after your written approval.
- While we repair most issues, heavily damaged pieces may not be repairable – we'll advise you accordingly during assessment. Repair work is warranted for 6 months against defects in the repair itself.
