The pieces we choose to wear are rarely neutral. They hold memories, mark moments, say something about who we are, even when we say nothing at all.
At Inês Santos, every collection is born from that conviction. Our jewellery is designed by Inês Santos and crafted by Portuguese goldsmith artisans, honouring a tradition of making that Portugal has cultivated over centuries. The gold, the forms, the detail, all rooted in a heritage we are proud to carry into the contemporary world.
The result is jewellery made for the way we live now, and kept far beyond a single season. Forms drawn from nature, refined lines, geometries with intention. Pieces to wear every day and keep close.
Because the right jewellery does not stay in a box. It becomes part of the story of the person who wears it. It is present in the moments that matter, and kept long after.
OUR STORY
The instinct to make things by hand ran in the family: Inês grew up watching her grandfather and great-grandfather work as tailors. At twelve, a school jewellery project made that inheritance her own.
THE LEAP
For years it stayed a passion, and grew more deliberate. Inês designs each collection as a whole, thinking in form and proportion before single pieces, and stays with a concept until it is right. Jewellery is how she gives shape to what she sees. The leap came with a decision to build it together: as a couple, we turned that into a brand, Inês Santos.
The Founders
We built Inês Santos because we believed something was missing: jewellery with a real story, by people who have dedicated their lives to the craft.
We are Portuguese, living in the Netherlands, and we work with master artisans back home, connecting our roots to a global vision: jewellery that honours where we come from while celebrating the stories of those who wear it.
Our Core Pillars
DESIGNED BY INÊS
Every collection begins with Inês, conceived as a whole in form and proportion before a single piece is made. Each carries its own world, from the botanical forms of Origins and Bloom to the bonds behind Knot and Amore. Pieces meant to reflect something real about the person who wears them.
PORTUGUESE HERITAGE
We work with Portuguese artisans, in a country with centuries of goldsmithing heritage. Our pieces carry the INCM hallmark, applied by Portugal's official assay office.
LASTING QUALITY
From 18K gold vermeil to solid gold, materials are chosen for longevity. Our gold vermeil is 18K solid gold over 925 sterling silver at a minimum 2.5 micron thickness. Our solid gold is made to be kept for a lifetime and passed on.
MADE RESPONSIBLY
We work exclusively with RJC-certified manufacturers, ensuring jewellery created responsibly, with integrity and transparency.
WELCOME TO INÊS SANTOS
From our first piece to our latest collection, the intention has never changed: to make jewellery worth keeping, with materials worth trusting, by hands worth honouring.
We make the pieces. You give them meaning. Thank you for being part of this with us.
